Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every board and product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at matt@maywoodsurf.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within a few business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
